If you already have a design from your own architect, we’ll coordinate directly with them. The best outcomes come when your architect and builder collaborate closely from the very beginning

We refine and finalise the plans, incorporating every detail to minimise surprises during construction. Once the plans are ready, we move straight into the building consent process. As consent approvals can take time, we act promptly to keep the project on track and ensure your timeline stays on schedule.

Throughout the construction process, we work closely with you to make sure your vision, budget, and timeline are achieved. We keep you informed with regular updates, including weekly meetings and monthly progress reports.
